Cats hide what hurts. By the time you notice, it’s often too late.
A friend’s eleven-year-old cat died suddenly while she was at work. No warning signs she could see. This is the reality for most cat owners: cats instinctively hide illness, owners notice changes too late, and vets can’t help if we can’t describe symptoms accurately. Especially in multi-cat homes, it’s nearly impossible for a human to track which cat ate how much, who used the litter box, or who’s behaving differently.
